I believe that all successful companies, firms and agencies are, in fact, marketing organizations.  If a producer is not successful at transferring goods and services to consumers—in a profitable and sustainable manner—they will not survive.  Facilitating that transfer is the function of marketing. 

In the on-going effort to move this belief forward in the direct-marketing niche, to facilitate an application reaching a new consumer, get it signed on-line and in real-time and then transferred back to the agent for immediate upload to the carrier, we have arrived!  Here at InsuranceOnly we have scoured the market place for this solution, tested many, demo’d even more, and can now proudly say we have just recently integrated one of the industry leading solution providers into LeadBoss.  Although these technology solutions are changing at an almost daily rate, this new tool in LeadBoss will be one tool that can take us into the future at light speed. 

How Does It Work? 

This new application solution will import the lead data directly from LeadBoss with the click of your mouse, (this lead data is inclusive of both InsuranceOnly data passed at inception and data you may have entered into lead detail), into a Generic Application Interface (GAI).  While in the GAI you will complete all information requested in the online form—real time—with your prospect.  Once the GAI is complete you select the carrier and sign the application via your mouse (your signature can be hard coded into the form also) and LeadBoss will email your prospect a bundled .pdf.  Your prospective customer simply opens the email and uses the mouse, as you did, to sign, one time, where indicated.  Clicking “submit” after they sign returns all forms to the agent with signatures from both agent and new customer being automatically affixed in the proper location on all required forms and documents.  Chasing “App Out” packets and signatures is now a thing of the past! 

Concerned your client’s spam filter might block an incoming email with attachment from you or perhaps your customer cannot open the .pdf?  Not to worry, you can give them a unique URL link to load into their browser that gives them instant access to the application and cursive signature feature. In any case, once you hang up the phone with your new customer all carrier specific forms will have been executed by both you and the client and awaiting carrier upload from within LeadBoss.  Imagine! An “App-Back” within minutes in .pdf format ready to be submitted to the carrier.  If the carrier is AIG, simply forward it to our office for immediate upload into the eNhanced Fast system.  If the carrier is West Coast Life simply attach the file to an email and push send to newbusiness@wclife.com.  In the very near future this .pdf file will also be an Acord compliant XML data file that will be data mapped and instantly up loadable directly into AIG’s eSubmission channel. It’s only going to get better and better!

In many ways we have arrived at a point where we should never have to produce an Application Part I in paper form again.  You generate it in electronic form from within LeadBoss, it gets reviewed and signed by both you and the customer in digital format and is instantly returned to you fully executed with all signatures in their proper place.  It’s just one more click to send that fully scrubbed file into the underwriting channel of your selected carrier—all digital, real time, instant execution and NO PAPER.  Now that’s what I am talkin’ bout!!!
