Q: Can I see the amount of premium per status within LeadBoss? 

A: Yes. To do this you can use the “Search” button/area on the left side of the screen (NOT THE QUICK SEARCH.) Once you click the “Search” button and are taken to the search area, you can then select a particular status that you would like to search by. For example, if you want to see the total premium you have in all App Out statuses, simply hold the CTRL key and select all the “App out” statuses. Once these are selected, you can then click “Search”. You will then be taken to the “Search Results” screen which will display the total premium at the TOP of the screen. NOTE: this premium will only be accurate if you have been updating the premium throughout the insuring process. Also, please note that any date range you select in the calendar to the left will effect the search results. This date range looks at the date the lead was sent to YOUR LeadBoss account. 

 

Q: What else can I use the “Search Results” for? 

A:  You can do many things with the search results including:

  • Email an individual or groups of leads

  • Print an individual or group of leads

  • Print letters

  • Export leads

To email a group of leads simply check off the leads you want to work with using the check boxes to the far right. If you want to work with all leads selected, simply click “Add All To Basket”. You will then see a “Process Basket” drop down at the bottom portion of the screen. Select what you want to do with the lead (in this case “Email”) and click “Go”. You will then be taken to the emailing screen in LeadBoss. At this screen you can select if you would like to use a mail template that you have setup or simply type in a new email. If you want to use the signature that you have setup in LeadBoss and thus check off “Use Signature”, be sure that you do not also include a signature in the body of the email.

To email an individual lead, simply click on the email address toward the right of the screen in the “Search Results” screen. Then follow the directions above.

If you want to print a lead or a letter, simply follow the steps above but select “Print” in the drop down box at the bottom of the screen. You will be presented with a popup that will allow you to select the “Lead Detail” if you want to simply print the lead or you can select from one of your templates (letters.) Once you have selected one of these (Lead Detail or a template), the screen will reformat allowing you to simply click the “Print” button your browser bar. Be sure you do not “x” out of the screen or you will cancel out of LeadBoss. NOTE: Please be sure that you do not select or work with more than 10 leads at a time due to the resources required to display this much data.
